2 Penalties for Non-Compliance
2.1 Fraud and Self-Referrals

• Second violation: Temporary suspension from the affiliate program and review of all references.
• Third violation: Permanent ban from the affiliate program and possible account deletion.
2.2 Creation of Fake Accounts
• Immediate removal of detected fake accounts.
• If an affiliate is found to have created multiple accounts to profit from, their primary account will be deleted and future participation will be blocked.
2.3 Use of Deceptive Methods to Capture Referrals
• Misleading advertising and the promise of discounts that are not officially approved by the company are not permitted.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system with false information will result in the suspension of the affiliate.
3 Final Provisions
• The company reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time.
• Participation in the affiliate program implies acceptance of these rules.
